How to properly create a table for such data -

For each icon, make a boolean has_chat, has_email, etc. column.
And then output? The problem is that for the output, the icon looks like

The table is like this, and the display through css can be hidden and shown depending on the flag. In a span, for example, you can add an attribute with a flag value and do display: block
