How to properly hide the reCAPTCHA v.3 icon?

When connecting reCAPTCHA v.3 from Google, an icon appears on the site with links to the privacy policy. According to this link , it is allowed to hide the icon if, for example, you insert the following text into the form:

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google
<a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy">Privacy Policy</a> and
<a href="https://policies.google.com/terms">Terms of Service</a> apply.

The question is simple. Is it necessary to include this information? And if I want to enter reCAPTCHA v.3 on a site for Russian-speaking users, then the text should still be exactly this? Or you can write this text in Russian, i.e. the main thing is to have links to the privacy policy and terms of use?

The main thing is that the user is properly informed that this page uses reCAPTCHA, that it tracks his behavior and can track him between sites. More about what it can do at the link, etc.
