How to properly handle express JS backend errors?

Hello, can you please tell me how to properly handle nodeJS backend errors so that I can get them as text on the front?
I have a registration form, I need to somehow receive errors with express in the form of text and also display the error itself in the form, how is it better to implement and what to use? Express validator or sequelise validate? I would be grateful for any article on this subject.
