How to properly disconnect a 220V socket when the permissible load of 1A is exceeded?

I am designing the electrical wiring of a future apartment, there is still very little knowledge in this area, so I ask for your help and thank you in advance!
So, in the groups of sockets in the rooms, I want to include separately the socket connected to the UPS output network (220V). I plan to separate these sockets from the rest by color, but in case someone still decides to plug an iron / hair dryer into them while working on batteries, you need to turn them off separately. Therefore, for each such outlet, I would like to put a certain “machine” that limits the maximum current and, if exceeded, turns off this outlet. The easiest option is a fuse, but you don’t want to change anything in case of an emergency. A conventional machine operates slowly with a slight excess of load. I also read the description of the maximum current relay (it seems to be quite an option). Ideally, you need a device which, when the load is exceeded, will quickly turn off the outlet for some time (or better until the unacceptable load is disconnected from the outlet) and turn on the warning indicator on the outlet. It is desirable to set the maximum current within 1..10A.
Question: do such ready-made devices exist? If yes, what are they called? It is possible on the basis of z-wave, if any.

As an alternative, buy sockets and cords with plugs made according to some kind of Chinese / Australian standard .
Full of all sorts of three-pin sockets into which our usual plug cannot be plugged, even if you are very strong.

The machines are different. For household networks, classes "B" or "C" are equally used: respectively, they are designed for 3-5 ratings and for 5-10 ratings. For engines, you need to install class D machines: 10-12 ratings. There are also classes Z, K, MA
