How to properly deploy Windows server 2016 backup to new hardware?

Good afternoon!
Actually, I can’t figure it out, there is a backup full of the Windows server system made using the Windows data archiving system, I took the bare metal, I stick it first through the Live CD and click restore, the system sees the image made, but when I try to recover from this copy, it writes the following:
" System image restore failed. Windows cannot restore the system image to a computer with different firmware. The system image was created on a computer using the BIOS, and this computer is using EFI." Googled, the output is the following, that this cannot be restored, you must first roll up the image of Windows server 2016, install the AD DS, DNS, DHCP service and the data archiving system, and then upload the image through this data archiving system.
I followed this path, but to no avail, it seems to have loaded the backup, but when the computer is restarted (after the downloaded backup), the system freezes at the Windows server logo stage.
Tell me, how can I backup WinServ2016 and upload the image to new hardware?

Just disable the uefi mode in the server bios and enable the legacy boot mode... and that's it...

To restore a backup from another server to a new installed OS, you need to restore the System State from the backup.
