How to properly deploy a Joomla backup?

Colleagues, I first encountered Joomla! I have a site backup (a file with the .jpa extension) made on Joomla, how to deploy it correctly and in what sequence on my local machine in order to test different features, practice on it, dig deeper inside? Thank you in advance!

Backup made by Akeeba backup. You need to place the archive file in the root of the site, put the kickstart.php file next to it and run it in the browser. Then follow the recommendations.

To Russify the process, put the file ru-RU.kickstart.ini next to it
