You just need a Yandex button and that there is a GET or POST transition to the Yandex website where the user would have already paid, either from his Yandex money account or by bank card. And after payment, so that there is a redirect to my site again.
That is, as in PayPal and from the point of view of technical implementation - PayPal button Standard/Checkout. And UX too.

Everything happens like this: a GET request is sent with the amount , recipient's wallet, payment method (bank card, Y.D.), amount, order ID and others. As a result, the user gets to the most common card payment page with a minimum of fields: card number, CVC, name, everything.
The user enters the card details, confirms with the 3DS, the money immediately falls into the seller's wallet, and the user is redirected to the successURL specified in advance.
No legal entities, individual entrepreneurs or paper contracts. No obtrusiveness on the part of Yandex, but he could, for example, instead of paying with a card, force the user to open a wallet in id, replenish it and pay from it. No, there is nothing like that, even a Yandex account is not necessary for the buyer.
