How to properly configure Vlan on Dlink Des 1210-52?

I had to deal with the division of the network into vlans, what it is, why and how it is configured within the same switch, I understood. But the network is located on two floors, so there are also two switches, you need to configure a tagged port between them, and this is where problems arise.
The essence of the problem:
The first switch is located on the third floor, cabinets, users, etc. are connected to it, respectively, they are divided into vlans.
On the second floor, the second switchboard, as well as offices, users, are divided into vlans.
Let's say the switches are interconnected by ports 49, that is, these will be tagged ports.
Which Vlan to indicate in the first and second switches for port 49 in the PVID?
For example:
On the first switch, Vlan 2 ID: 2 on port 2, that is, it is indicated that port 2 is untegg, 49 teg, and in the PVID, port 2 ID, respectively 2.
On the second switch, Vlan 3 ID 3 on port 3, that is, it is indicated that port 3 unteg, 49 teg, in PVID port 3 ID: 3.
49 port on the first and second switch to which vlan will belong so that these vlans (VL 2 and Vl 3) can see each other.

vlans are not made so that they see each other, but so that they do not see each other without a router. accordingly, for port 49 on both switches, you should configure tagged vlan with numbers 2 and 3, and you also need a router connected to one of the ports of one of the switches, for which you should also configure a tagged port with vlans 2 and 3.
