How to properly configure local-web-server?

Hello everyone, the question is "How to properly configure local-web-server ( https://www.npmjs.com/package/local-web-server ) to send a POST request and receive a response from it?"
I have a small project, it has 2 files (extension .json and .xml) files must be on the server and at the request of the user, the server must send data from json back to the user, but now, after sending a POST request, nothing comes.
