Set up ad blocking by IP on Mikrotik. Accordingly, I set up the issuance of Mikrotik's DNS to computers. Everything works and in Windows it returns 127.0.0.1 to the required addresses until a VPN connection is established to communicate with the head office network. After that, the correct addresses of servers with advertising begin to return.
At the same time, the "use the default gateway" checkbox is unchecked in the VPN connection itself, and the entire Internet bypasses the VPN - after all, the network is needed only to access the server.
How to fix?

There are few details, like a guess VPN DHCP server distributes DNS with an IP address, but already its own. Look at ipconfig /all. Disable DNS distribution on DHCP VPN.
