How to properly configure bigbluebutton behind NAT?

Good day. I decided to install bigbluebitton on my server (not VDS). Server behind NAT. The network is gigabit. The server is powerful enough. When connecting more than 4 people, bbb starts to slow down, reporting problems with the network. Has anyone come across?
