1. www.piriform.com/Ccleaner - remove unnecessary stuff in startup and in programs
2. https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ - take the free version and uncheck the box during installation - "use trial period" and check
3. We check the browser shortcuts in the properties so that only the path to the files themselves is, for example, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" and not like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox .exe / blah blah dot com"
