I have been studying php for over a year and have read: PHP 7 in the original, clean code, an ideal programmer and a lot of articles on jquery, mysql. I feel confident in all this, but I can’t correctly assess my knowledge, and how to get more highly specialized knowledge. It would be very interesting learn what a middle-senior web programmer should know.

A programmer of this level must know how all the sites he has made work and how the ones he is just about to make will work.
Evaluating the "skills" of a specialist by reading books is simply ridiculous. Books can help in the work, but the specialist is determined only by the results of the work.

this is all nonsense of a madman - all these divisions into juniors / seniors / middles.
For there is and never will be a clear gradation, in one company a person can be a senior, moving to another, where a strong and more experienced team is a team - he will be lower than all middles.
