How to properly apply texture or material to text in Blender [Octane]?
The Extrude parameter is applied to the text. In this case, the metal texture stretches ugly on the front of the text and on the bevels on the sides. Node transform certainly does not help. Please help me understand what I'm missing? Used material from the Octane library. In the third screenshot, a plate mesh with the same metal material for clarity.
