I am an IT designer, and more specifically, I am a ui / ux / web designer, designer of logos, landings, business cards. I'm also still studying Frontend, but I'm still far from making money on Frontend.
In general, I want to start making money on design, using the knowledge that I have gained during this time. Since I do not have even 1 year of work experience, I am self-taught, so I do not count on large orders and money.
I need advice on how to start advertising myself, so to speak, and just promote myself as an IT designer, I think I can create an instagram account, but I don’t know whether to impersonate a Russian or some European, I think I can also connect Twitter & Facebook accounts , in general, I don’t know at all, from projects there is something to offer customers, so that they determine my level of skills, but still, the question here is how do I start offering my services, how do I do it right?

For starters:
Accounts on freelance sites, social networks and any specialized sites (behance, etc.). Your own standalone website is not required to get started.
Well-designed portfolio examples. “Skill level” is defined in this way and only in this way.
Unsuccessful works are hidden, good ones are shown (less is better, but better).
Very little work - we draw logos for non-existent companies.
