Also, category pages have parametric links, we want to make them in the form site.ru/remont/electriki (now site.ru/profiles/rating?category=1- is it necessary?

I can’t imagine how you can make a landing page from a list of users. You describe the task in such a way as if everyone here is working with you for half a year on your project. Some lists, some users.
