There was such a question. Not so long ago, I had free time and it was decided to file a pilot service to find the most profitable ways to deliver parcels from distant countries.
With the implementation of the pilot version, the issue was resolved quickly. Actually, here's the way out - 2ship.ru
There are small jambs, but now I'm developing a platform for a different project, which will allow me to implement a full-fledged logistics exchange.
A legitimate question arose. How to promote this creation? In their native territory (Belarus), they managed to get some traffic. Mainly due to previous work in the field. It is more difficult to promote to RF and UA. With the budget, of course, this is not an issue, but at the moment most of the investments go to another project and it will have to be promoted in the next 2-3 months in tight conditions.
Interested in your opinion. What are the most optimal ways of development that you see and could advise?
