How to promote something new for Runet to the network?

Fulfilled an old dream. I thought that I would create a website and people would fall down. Yeah, fuck you. Actually zero people! It’s just that my project is specific, and people don’t look for it, and as far as I know, there isn’t anything similar on the net. Googled the basics of SEO, sort of did everything I could. How to attract people without advertising, and how long does it take for the site to "completely get into the search engines"?
ps: I'm a noob at all of this. I don’t know if it’s possible to throw left links here, i.e. to my site?

1. Must learn about the existence of: groups in the social. networks, pictures on Instagram, videos on youtube, PR on forums, Success stories on blogs, sending mail to bloggers of this topic with a request to post a link to your resource (of course, for a fee).
2. Must understand in 1-2 seconds of viewing the site: "The site is modern and beautiful"
3. Must understand in 5 seconds of viewing the site: "What is the site about?"
4. Must understand in 15 seconds of viewing the site: "What is the use of it for the visitor" and most importantly: "Differences from others", "Trick", "Zest", "Know-how", etc.
5. Must understand in 25-30 seconds of viewing the site: "How does it work and what is needed to use it?"
7. If the visitor lingered for more than a minute and, at that moment, he moved the "mouse" (or scrolled the page) - this clearly indicates his interest: as soon as he takes the mouse away from the page (to close the tab), immediately display DIV- modal (a layer, not a window!) with large text so that it adds your site to favorites: "Did you like it here? Press Ctrl+D and come back!" (or similar) and the button: "Ask a question", leading to a form with 4 elements (enter "E-mail" - hide): the main field for entering the text of the message, the checkbox: "Please answer me" (if checked, then the field "Email" is visible below it),
8. Superfluous - do not ask forcibly (this is very scary): full name, phone number, mail, etc.
(who will add - Welcome! and in advance, Thank you!)

How to attract people without advertising

no way. In order for people to use your resource, they need to know about it.

If the people are not looking for something new, figure out for yourself where to find visitors. Who is your potential audience? What unites her? Where does your potential audience live and what are they interested in? Maybe one post on a specialized forum or a review in a thematic magazine will be enough to "spread the word".

Twist your brand to the fullest once you have it specific on social networks, the first one will get a mention and the second one, with a competent description of your product or service, you may pull out the target audience, if you yourself understand why your product is for users, then you need to convey it to them in a simple language and how It is known that most users live in social networks, but don’t count on a quick result - picking up traffic and social networks is one of the most difficult tasks.
In the meantime, not SEO but Seo

SEO does not make sense. The site is basically 4 pages. SEO is effective for large projects (Basic rule: more pages -> more semantics -> more visitors).
Develop better SMM, make a beautiful design that will attract (you don’t even have padding in some places - this is not cool). Google beautiful landing pages and understand in which direction to grow.
P.S. About SEO. I don’t know what you read there, but at least change the titles on the pages. It is unlikely that you will be able to collect traffic on the request "accumulate" (Until the moment you promote the brand).
P.S.S. Learn and you will succeed. But, I would advise you to cut this dull design first, and therefore already look towards SMM :)

The idea is cool, though I don’t know how alive it is) In many ways it is similar to buying a lottery ticket: 100,500 people “throw off” N-rubles each, buying a ticket and one person gets a super prize - a tidy sum that everyone chipped in. You have the same thing, only in other words, so you can’t call it an innovation, but you can develop it in the right direction.
What immediately caught my eye:
1. I spent 5 minutes to find out what the project's feature is, it's a very long time. Not everyone can read a sheet, and for sure you have a lot of failures in the metrics.
2. Not very transparent scheme: it is not clear when and where the drawing will take place, there is no voting on what the main prize will be (maybe the majority will choose a washing machine, but I don’t need it, so it makes no sense to fold). It is not clear whether the probability of winning depends on the amount of investments. All this can be improved.
3. I would "draw" the amount that I managed to collect at the moment, since the collected 2 rubles look very dull. This is pure marketing: the more you can get for less investment, the more you want to risk your money.
4. When I started reading the description, I was already delighted: "Oh! Fintech project! Cool!", But when I finished reading and found out that this was another "Russian Lotto", I was even a little upset. Perhaps only I was deceived in my expectations, but perhaps not, so this issue is worth exploring.
In any case, you are great! Doing something is better than sitting on the couch
