How to promote after the site is hacked?

Hello.
Recently I discovered that the site was hacked, or rather, a doorway was wormed on it. The bottom line is that it has existed on my site for quite a long time. Now, when analyzing my site in various systems (such as ru.prodvigator.ua, etc.), I found that my site is in the top, only in the top for requests that I absolutely do not need (which have nothing to do with the topic at all site). And also the categories to which the system links my site are not suitable!
The question is what to do now in terms of promotion?
Doorway deleted, checked the site for malicious code.
What do you recommend, reset the index and start promotion from scratch, or over time, the top doorway requests will go away by themselves?

If you created a semantic core, then spank content based on it and place it on the site. If you don’t have this very core, then create it in the same order, maximum efforts towards unique content on your part for the right search queries will change the situation.
