There is a full-fledged photographer's website, where there is a portfolio, prices, about the photographer, a blog and contacts.
The purpose of the site is to sell the services of a photographer in a small country for tourists.
In Yandex, the site is in the top 10 (if you look at it yourself), and serpstat.com shows that it is in the top 3 for high-frequency queries. 20-30 visits per day, 30% for search queries, the rest from social networks and third-party sites. I'm not a seo guru, but it seems to be normal...
The site was promoted without a link method, and in Yandex such sites can have high positions, but in Google the site is far beyond the top 10... Google loves links, Yandex does not like links... I will start implementing links -
I will rise in Google and start to fall in Yandex ....
Subtracted the option of promoting 2 sites of 1 company. I thought about creating a landing page for Google and pumping up the landing page with links. Contacts and photos apparently will need to be changed. What do you recommend in this situation? How to promote a company in 2 search engines?

If they are thematic, with good trust resources, forums, social networks, etc., Yandex will never say that your site is G, and even more so, it will not downgrade it. Development of a site without links is impossible in principle - but how else would Internet users find out about it?
Therefore, increase the link mass, only carefully, without sudden bursts, anchorless links, etc.
Analyze your closest competitors, look at their backlinks and do the same or better.
