How to promote a one-page (landing page)?

It is advised to add a few more pages to the landing so that it is better displayed in search engines, since search engines value sites less where there are few pages. But this will no longer be a landing, and logically, I don’t need more than one page, I have everything on one page, there are anchors on the menu that move the op blocks. How to be? Is there only such a way out and situations?

Landing pages, as it were, are usually not promoted at all.
They are not designed for this.
So there is nothing to index, therefore there is nothing to display in the search.
Only if you spam keys on it and / or buy tons of links (it’s not really relevant anymore, you can catch a ban from Google / Yandex).
You need to drive traffic to the landing page from advertising.
To get SEO traffic, start an article, at least 5-10 pages long with good keywords, and promote it with all your might.

Of course, I am not a SEO specialist, but it seems that search engines are very fond of behavioral factors and take data from Yandex.metrics and Google.analytics, respectively. Number of bounces on requests, average time spent on the site, all that.
