How to programmatically send some text to a kindle device, I have an account, email too, now I send text and html via https://pastepad.fivefilters.org/ but I want to write my own script, but I don’t know how and where to send data, maybe anyone in the subject?

First, they have browser extensions and the Send to Kindle desktop app , maybe that's enough.
