How to programmatically disable hardware acceleration in Firefox?

Hello.
Firefox has been updated to version 57 and black bars appear randomly on the site on the Yandex map.

The problem is observed on windows 7, on 10k everything is fine, on 8 I don’t know. Of the add-ons, only Adblock is worth it, which I also tried to disable, it did not help.
When starting the browser in safe mode, which disables all add-ons and hardware acceleration, the stripes disappeared.
The question is how to disable it programmatically?

Settings - Performance .
Uncheck Use recommended performance settings , then uncheck it and use hardware acceleration whenever possible .
