How to programmatically create “Reminders” in 1C 8.3 SCP?

Good afternoon!
The SCP has a rather handy reminder function.
There are questions:
1. How to create them programmatically, where to read about descriptions and parameters?
2. Where are these reminders stored, in which directory? Are they deleted by pressing the "Stop" button?

If memory serves, this is a register of information.
UPP is not at hand, in trade 11.1 this is the "User Reminder" information register. Create as a register entry information specifying the user for whom the reminder and the trigger time. By pressing the stop button, the recording is deleted.
