How to programmatically change the color of a line in the tabular parts of a 1C document?

Good day, I would like to know if there is a way to programmatically change the color of rows, not columns. It is necessary to change the color according to a certain criterion, for clarity of data separation. I couldn't figure out how to refer to a row to change its color, or to a single cell.

1. If it's a normal application - then when displaying a string - the collection of Rows Design
2. If it's a managed application - look towards Conditional Design. A very good example is in the sample ut 11
SetConditionalDress();
Availability, font color, etc. are set there for a specific cell
. For example, in an order there is a product that is canceled - the entire line is highlighted
In another line, the product is of the "Product" type, then in some columns it will be "Only for works and services."
More or less like this.
