How to program without installing a compiler?

At work is naked Windows7. There is no network. It is not possible to bring flash drives and disks. There is free time. Is it possible to write and immediately check programs? Is it possible to compile a program written in notepad? If so, how to do it and in what programming language to do it?

  1. Batch files are also a programming language ( Battleship on batch files )
  2. PowerShell too...
  3. Browser-based JavaScript has already been suggested. In addition, there are various browserless applications on browser engines ( XUL , HTA (in which "out of the box" in addition to JavaScript (in the form of Microsoft JScript) you can use VBScript) ...)
  4. Windows Script Server (WSH - Windows Script Host) - JScript, VBScript languages, Internet Explorer can be used as a GUI ...
  5. If Microsoft Office is installed, then VBA
  6. Console compilers C#, JScript.NET, VB.NET
