How to process automatically incoming mail?

There is a corp. mail domain on Yandex. There is a box in which a ton of letters falls, including letters from non-existent boxes in the domain. The task is to process incoming letters in automatic mode, to transfer letters matching the mask [email protected] to a separate box, and decompose attachments from them into directories with five-character names present in the address, hiding under ????? , all other attachments are simply written to a separate directory on the disk. The question is - how (what program, mail parser, ideally not very expensive or free) can this be implemented?
In addition, there are a couple of separate Nic/RuCenter boxes, mostly executives, that keep getting clogged and stop functioning. Well, they love to store and read their mail with multi-megabyte attachments, including from home ... How would you recommend cleaning them for letters older than 3-4 months? handles to clean our itshnik already tormented =)
