How to batch convert NEF photo to JPG?

It is necessary under windows to batch convert many, many NEF photos in different directories into JPG files (next to NEF to become).
I tried GraphikMagick, but it mercilessly spoils the quality of the film - the clouds turn pink, etc.
Compared to photoshop, it's just disgusting.
I didn’t find any settings how to improve it to the PS level (or is it possible?)
I know that you can do this in batches in Photoshop itself, but this is the last option.
It is desirable that there is a command line, but the main thing is quality.
