How to prioritize the functionality of an online store?

Good afternoon, an online pet store is being developed, the customer's requirement was initially set that only registered users can place an order. It is necessary to prioritize testing functionality for web/mobile applications.
Actually functionality:

  • store search
  • product filtering (ascending/descending, different filters)
  • goods order
  • personal account (registration/authorization, order lists, product status, etc.)
  • different information pages (about us/about you)
  • customer feedback (call me back, email me).

He himself reasoned like this - what brings us money or is closest to this put in first place (that is, we put ordering in first place). On the other hand, you can argue differently: I can not place an order without first registering, so I put the registration in the first place.
I got it like this:
  1. ordering goods (we need to eat deliciously, and this directly brings money)
  2. personal account (the user must log in before buying, and he needs to check orders, otherwise he will be offended)
  3. search (find a product to buy it)
  4. filtering (in fact, you can find everything anyway, so it's not very important)
  5. feedback (something suggests that no one uses it at all)
  6. information pages (generally not of particular value)

Then how will the priorities for the mobile version differ? For example, I almost never order from the phone, I mainly check the status of the order.

Good afternoon. The question is why orders are only for registered buyers? If this is a wholesale - still all right. And if this is a retail store, then you will lose a lot of customers. When placing an order, it is easier to ask for an email address where a letter about the completion of the order will be sent.
The fact that you do not place orders from your phone is not an indicator. Read about how mobile traffic is growing.
