How do you test events that take place on schedule, time?
Cases begin to appear when it is necessary to make time jumps in order to test the functionality. During development, you can still manually rearrange the date on the machine for the cron job test or get into the database and, again, manually change the fields with dates. But when writing autotests for this functionality, it is either impossible to check or it turns out to be very crutch. Is there really no well-established practice of how to handle such cases without pairing?
