A third-party program wrote us a daemon for printing, but like all Windows garbage, it sometimes hangs, sometimes it doesn’t print, then Windows will roll up a new KB and something will fly (well, as usual with everything Windows programs)
Maybe someone managed to use codes on port 9100 that send thread? Through socket. I saw it. I just didn't get to try it.

If you want to print from the server, that is, the printer is connected to the server, and judging by the fact that you write about the demon, the way it is, then fix the demon, stabilize it, do not update the drivers, or implement a network printer (they seem to be able to work stably not from under Windows).
If you want to print through the browser, then no, the browser should show you a window where you can click the button ( ok, cancel) . This is security (Imagine you open a website and it starts typing for you non-stop....)
