How to prevent Windows 10 from restarting after updates?

I used the instructions found in Google
Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Windows Update and double-click on the option "Do not automatically restart when installing updates automatically if users are working on the system."
But the computer rebooted after the update, how to prevent it from doing this, plz give instructions?

What's the point of updating then? windows can't finish installing them without rebooting.
If you need your computer to be turned on all the time, turn off automatic updates altogether.
But do not forget that those same updates must be installed, regularly, by hand. With reboot.

In the policy editor:
1. Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Windows Update.
2. No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations - Enabled.

If you want a PC 24/7, don't install Windows 10.
