How to prevent Viber Bot from sending a link to the chat?

When you click on a button with a link in Viber bots, a browser opens, but the link itself is sent to the chat as a message from the user. This behavior is described in the documentation on the Viber website:

Keyboard Reply logic
Pressing a keyboard button would trigger a different reply depending on the buttons “actionType” value.
For ActionType open-url:
The value of ActionBody is sent as a text message to account (via message event).
The value of ActionBody is opened in the browser.
The value of ActionBody appears in the chat thread as message from the user.

Why is this done?
And how to disable duplicate links in the chat?

Partial solution to the problem:
"Silent" parameter: Determine whether the user action is presented in the conversation
Viber support said that it is impossible to disable sending the link from the button back to the server. Therefore, you will have to block its receipt on your side.
