How to prevent proxy from changing headers?

Is it possible to prevent a proxy from changing the headers sent to a resource?
For example, I make a mini browser for my purposes on EO.WebBrowser, send to the required site Refererusing several proxies, but some of them replace the headers with their own. Is it possible to prevent him from doing this if I am only a proxy user, and not his admin?
