How to prevent memory leak in MSSQL Server 2008 R2 SP3?

The company uses MSSQL Server 2008 R2 SP3 to operate the 1C Enterprise 8.2.19.83 server. There are a lot of bases - starting with Document Management, ending with Personnel.
Both servers (1C Enterprise and MSSQL) are on the same physical server.
The problem is that for 1-2 full working days the MSSQL server "eats up" all the memory allocated for it. It feels like a memory leak is happening.
Here's what the task manager shows:

The server has 64Gb RAM. Worth Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
I set the maximum memory size for MSSQL to 38Gb:

1C Enterprise server cluster properties:

There are about 95 users of 1C Enterprise. Among them there are many who work through terminal access.
What to do? How to prevent leakage? Help with advice. Thank you.
