I accidentally managed to connect yesterday and go online, but after a quick reboot of the computer, everything happened again. I periodically change the password (numbers + upper and lower case letters). Please do not write about Jabber and other analogues that are not related to the question, I already have them.

If this is an error 0x1d (less often - 0x18), then the server issues it if there are many users from one IP address. Even if the server issues it, you can “break through” by repeating the connection many times. Probably, you come through an anonymizer, a public proxy, or from a phone?

Smarite. Raise jabber with icq transport. With mats on VDS (or anything that has 100% uptime), connect the transport to ICQ. Set that client to the lowest priority. Everything, now you are in ICQ. When connecting a second jabber client, no problems will arise.
