How to prevent emails from being classified as spam in Microsoft Outlook 2013?
Good morning! I have a problem with microsoft outlook 2013, for some reason it keeps putting work emails in the spam folder. I found a man in which they write that you need to add mail addresses to the white list in this way.
But unfortunately it doesn't help. Letters also go to spam. Can you please tell me how you can forcefully filter messages so that they do not fall into spam?

I do not remember the exact names of the menu items and their English counterparts.
Look at the following:
"Home" -> "Rules" -> "Rules and alerts" - you can configure quite a lot of operations according to the given conditions. Including moving letters between their directories.
