Good morning! I have a problem with microsoft outlook 2013, for some reason it keeps putting work emails in the spam folder. I found a man in which they write that you need to add mail addresses to the white list in this way.

But unfortunately it doesn't help. Letters also go to spam. Can you please tell me how you can forcefully filter messages so that they do not fall into spam?
