How to prevent Chrome from loading tabs on startup before all extensions have loaded?
Extensions do a lot of useful things - change the interface, add features, remove ads. If the page is loaded first, then the extension is not working (the corresponding content script is simply not loaded).
And there are proxy type extensions for some kind of anonymity, they generally lose their meaning. If it is used simply for access, then the page is not loaded at startup - a trifle, but also not pleasant.

If os = windows then implement the same software.
but anonymity and windows or android is like blacks inhabitants of the north pole!
if soft linux + tor then anonymity is at least some more real.
You can also switch to chromium or mozilla. well, disable the auto-launch of tabs in the settings ..
there are also firewalls that block and forcibly anonymize traffic, everything except connections through the tor, for example. (download at least a couple of debian images for a virtual machine, but it’s better to set up a gateway - a system manager)
in general, it’s good to go from a virtual Linux machine to the darknet if anonymous is of interest
