How to prevent access to wi-fi applications in android?

On my device (Elenberg TAB730), some application turns on wi-fi and sometimes new programs spontaneously download. How can I track this program? Or explicitly deny applications access to wi-fi?
A search by various antiviruses did not find any malicious applications.

without CM or a new version of Android 6 (it seems) there is no such functionality. The program requires some kind of access, for work - and by installing - you agree to this.
Later, in the off-line version of androyd, they will make it possible to specifically disable such functions, I hope without harm, for applications. Well, as I already said in the "cyanogen" like this functionality is implemented.
I usually put it in fly mode and ads don't bother me and traffic doesn't go away)
