How to present the result of query execution as text?

Good day, there is a need to provide the result of the query in the form of text, not every time you remember that you need to press CTRL + T, or the icon on the taskbar. Is there an analogue in the form of code, something like set dateformat dmy, for the date.
In order to just press the execution and not remember every time about it?

Managing the output form is an SSMS setting and has nothing to do with the server or language.
Naturally there are Output results to text file using T-SQL and the like on the net.
