How to Prepare the Foundation for a WordPress Visual Editor Plugin?

Hello. The task is as follows: plugins like Elementor and the like do not use the usual type of plugin pages that are routed through admin.php?page=, but some kind of their own. As I understand it, these are either a type of post, or something else altogether. The same FusionBuilder uses routing to its editor via website.com/{page}/?fb-edit=1, WPBakery uses post.php?vc_action=vc_inline&post_id=5&post_type=page.

How can I load a WP page with my features? Or register your page editor? Not using crutches from add_menu_page where standard WP content will be removed like Revolution Slider does.
