How to Prepare for Java Certification Exams?
Can you tell me some literature or resources on the Internet where you can prepare yourself for the official Java certification exams provided by Oracle?

For me, this method turned out to be optimal:
1. Read the material on all topics for this certification (preferably with a summary)
2. Pass mock tests from Enthuware with analysis of errors.
According to this scheme, I passed OCA in Java 8 by 94%, OCP by Java 8 by 90%.
On the first point, I read books by Jeanne Boyarsky and Scott Selicoff: OCA , OCP .
As for Enthuware tests, this is the best waste of ten dollars. Seven full-fledged tests that simulate a real exam, with a detailed explanation (after passing) of all answers, correct and incorrect. Highly recommend.
When I was preparing for OCA Java SE7, I first read thinking in java (because before that I had no programming experience, I learned the language), and then I prepared according to this book:
https://www.manning.com/books /oca-java-se-7-progra... At
first I read each chapter, then I read and outlined it. In addition to this, I practiced a little on www.quizful.net/test for congas . It took about 7 months for everything about everything, 3-4 hours a day.
By the way, the questions on the exam turned out to be more difficult than in the manual, although the manual says otherwise :)
Now I am preparing for OCP by Kathy Sierra - OCAOCP Java SE 7 Programmer I & II Study Guide. Before that, I read Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 7 Programmer Exams 1Z0-804 and 1Z0-805 , but it seemed to me that everything was too general there, Kathy Sierra was much more detailed.
