How to prepare an html template for sale?

In general, this week I plan to complete one html template of a narrowly focused specialization, I decided to sell it myself, without intermediaries.
There was no previous sales experience, so I would like to hear your advice. With what templates are usually sold now:

HTML/CSS/JS
Installation instructions
Documentation
Support by email

Maybe I'm missing something? Thanks

I do not sell such templates, but the question is - do you have everything for those who use css precompilers? Just if not, it's worth adding, because. useful for example to change the color scheme and not rewrite a bunch of css rules.
Still sometimes PSD is put to such templates.
