Is there some kind of training manual that briefly and clearly outlines how to set up a server from scratch? From choosing a system to setting up Apache and nginx. No server control panel. Including security, maybe a production server.

Because the OS configuration and the configuration of the OS and software modules are unique for everyone.
Therefore, there are separate manuals for configuring each component on the websites of their manufacturers: OS installation separately, Apache separately, nginx separately, etc.
