How to power the cooler (478 socket) via usb?

Sobsna himself a subject. I dug out a cooler on socket 478. I want to power it via usb, that is, USB - 3 PIN. Is it possible? I want to make cooling for tea or myself :D

First, find out if your cooler will spin from 5 volts. And if so, will the speed be enough?
It's easy to connect - gut any USB wire, connect the red and black wires from the wire to the yellow and black wires from the cooler, respectively.
