How to power a video card with an adapter?
I want to power r7 350 sapphire nitro via sata-6pin adapter. Will everything be ok?

I do not advise.
The SATA power connector is not designed for high currents (the limit is 54W, but really much less). The connector will heat up and eventually melt and how lucky.
If so collective farm food, then put at least an adapter 2xsata-6pin, or 2 molex.
Perhaps your system has a free 4pin or 2x4pin processor power cable. Then it can be used to power the GPU. Only an adapter is needed, or repin the connector, because. they are mechanically compatible, but gnd and 12v are swapped.
