How to power a POE video camera from a laptop without additional 220v injectors?

Task : to find a simple and convenient solution for testing video cameras on objects to get screenshots showing the required viewing angle, picture quality at night, etc.
Devices : video camera (for example, www.dssl.ru/products/ds-2cd7153-e/?sphrase_id=174832 ), laptop.
Question : How to power a video camera without having 220V at hand? Are there any USB to POE adapters, or is there a spec. accumulators. I would like to get by with a ready-made solution without assembling a bicycle.

Probably with a bike.
1. Almost all cameras are powered by 12V and currents are up to 2A. You won't get that from USB.
2. He will buy an ordinary POE injector (100r) and plus a battery from an uninterruptible power supply (500-600r) and that's it.

Does the camera have non-POE? Look, suddenly there is 5V.
Just shove the 8 and use 4 pairs for data (they will give you 100). USB on one end, camera connector on the other.

on the site
www.hikvision.com/en/products_show.asp?id=506
it is indicated that 12V + -10%, 4W.
Complies with the 802.3af standard
So there will be no problem here - any PoE adapter
But from a laptop ... It's more complicated. In terms of current, the camera needs ~ 0.35A (for USB 2.0 0.5A, for 3.0 even more), but in USB 5 volts ... you can assemble (buy) as suggested above DC-DC converter 5-> 12, just calculate in advance whether there will be enough current after him. There is no other way, IMHO.
