Hotplate+UPS?

The question, perhaps, is not entirely on the topic of habr, but still has some relation to technology :).
Due to frequent power cuts and due to the presence of only an induction cooker in the apartment, I would like to have some kind of backup option for cooking or heating food. Is a combination possible - some kind of low-power electric / glass-ceramic stove for one burner + a powerful UPS? Firstly - will it pull, and secondly - how long will the uninterruptible power supply last in this case, well, as an idea as a whole. Maybe someone has a similar experience?

I have a similar experience. 600W UPS holds such a plate for about 12 seconds.
I took more, it turned out to be a directly proportional relationship. It was possible to cook something only when using two paired car batteries. It took 40 minutes to work.
Since then, a small burner and a couple of cylinders of tourist gas have settled in the apartment. One bottle is enough for 4 hours of cooking. It costs 70 rubles. The topic of the UPS for the stove had to be closed due to unprofitability.

Not an option at all, buy a gas stove on small Chinese bottles, it probably costs a thousand two, bottles of 100-200.
