How to post to business account using instagram graph api?

The description ( https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/ ) contains the following text: "The Instagram Graph API allows users of your app to access data in their Instagram Business and Instagram Creator accounts. The API can be used to get and publish their media , manage and reply to comments on their media, ..."
And in some other places in the description, the possibility of creating a publication for a business account is mentioned.
But in the description there is not a word about how to actually create a publication. Moreover, in many places where there is a "Creation" section, there is text like: "Creation is not supported ...".
So is it possible to use the instagram graph api to post in a business account?
If there is, then how?

There is no direct way, there are a lot of implementations of a private api for this on the Internet

Found this text online:
This link from Facebook - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api... - lists this as closed beta.
The Content Publishing API is in closed beta with Facebook Marketing Partners and Instagram Partners only. We are currently not accepting new applicants.
Maybe someone knows something about it?
Is this really how communication looks like (API requests through partners)?
Update:
Asked a question in FB support. There is no answer yet, but there has been a reaction.
Instead of the text in the description (was):
"...The API can be used to get and publish their media , manage and reply to comments on their media..."
Became:
"...The API can be used to get their media, manage and reply to comments on their media..."
So, presumably, the publishing feature has been removed and all traces of this feature are being cleaned up...
