How to post a picture to a VK group?

Sorry for this question, but I'm almost a beginner and it's hard for me to find any information on this topic. the essence is simple that would just take a picture from the working folder of my computer and post it.

image Parse the data (owner_id, id)
Post the image by attaching it as attachment
